GYM Motivation
January, that time of year when the gym hits overload! We have stuffed ourselves silly over Christmas (well I did )and now frantically spinning our hearts out to bust the calories quick! There is no quick fix diet that is going to give you Victoria’s Secret abs. It’s all to do with what you enjoy and being consistent with it. If enjoy body pump aim to go every week until it becomes a habit. I’ve been consistently going to the gym for about two years now. It hasn’t been easy I must say as I was someone who never did any exercise at all. It was a big challenge for me and I didn’t see any results for at least a year. It takes baby steps to reach your goal and remember everybody is different, some people lose weight quickly while others take longer. Have patience and stick with it because every little bit that you do will contribute to your overall fitness in the long run. I find that getting yourself some cute sportswear really helps motivate and inspire you to do more. So get yourself a new workout wardrobe and feel good about yourself again. This kit is from Red Herring at Debenhams and you know I’m all about the grey so this is right up my street! I paired it with my favourite Nike Roshe Two Flynits. I feel so coordinated and ready for my workout!
