VEGAN MAKEUP

At a time where we are becoming increasingly concerned with eating clean and getting plenty of exercise, we are also researching what exactly are in the products we are using daily. Are they safe or beneficial to our overall health in the long run? Are they tested on animals or contain animal by-products? I think it’s important to protect our world by using as much sustainable sourced ingredients as possible and continuously looking out for cruelty-free brands. Arbonne is a Swiss heritage, premium brand that is vegan and cruelty-free. The packaging uses an air pump method so no product goes to waste and it’s all recyclable too! I’ve written a post on how phenomenal the skincare is here. I recently gave the makeup a trial and I must say I am impressed. The foundation is not only weightless on the skin but it also provides medium to full coverage without looking overdone. It has an SPF 15  and comes in fifteen shades. It really gives skin a fresh, youthful appearance. The primer smoothes out imperfections creating the perfect base for your foundation. It has hyaluronic filling spheres, green tea and grapeseed extract. The sheer pressed powder is great for touch ups on the go and never looks chalky or dry. It’s the perfect accompaniment to your foundation routine.
