The Wrap Coat

I have been trawling the internet for a grey wrap coat like this for weeks now as I was looking for a smart coat for evenings out and event days. You know because sometimes I would like to look like an actual functioning adult. Low and behold I walk into New Look today and not only find the perfect coat in my size ( petite 4) but on sale for £16! down from £40. Result. It fits beautifully which is so important to me because if slightly too big I can look swamped or even worse look like I’m wearing a dressing gown! Not a good look. I find coats and shoes the hardest to buy and rarely find something that fits just right. I’m so impressed with the quality and petite selection at New Look and will definitely be shopping there more often from now on. I paired this with my favourite star scarf from Scotch and Soda and a grey knit bobble hat from Asos. Very fitting as it was snowing today and bitterly cold.
