I can always rate how much I like a product by using it up to the very end, dismantling the packaging to get every last drop and on some occasions having backups. Being a beauty blogger and all-around beauty nut I have tried plenty of products throughout the years and I can say I have paid homage to a select few. bareMinerals was one of the very first makeup brands I tried growing up thanks to my cousin who had super sensitive skin and swore by the Original foundation. I had extremely problematic skin so gave it a go and have been hooked ever since.  These are some of the most repurchased picks that I can’t imagine will be replaced anytime soon. First up is bareMinerals Complexion Rescue this is my go-to daily base for the gym, running errands or just being at home. It’s super light-weight, acts as a tinted moisturiser and SPF all in one. It makes my skin look alive and even with a touch of coverage. I have oily skin so I substitute a moisturiser for this with a hydrating serum underneath and it works a treat. Speaking of serums my absolute Holy Grail has to be bareMinerals Skinlongevity Serum this stuff is pure quench in a jar! It gives skin a beautiful glow, hydrates instantly, makes the perfect base for makeup and you can mix a drop or two with your foundation to sheer it out. I use this all over my face and neck even around my eyes as I don’t use an eye cream.

Next up is a foundation I have raved about for the best part of 2o years! I first discovered and became utterly obsessed with bareMinerals Original Foundation when I was about 15 years old and have always had it in my makeup arsenal ever since. I have been through 100’s of pots of these. I love this on its own for a ‘no makeup makeup’ look or buffed over foundation for an ultra flawless finish that always looks natural and skin like. It’s also got that added SPF 15 for extra UVA/UVB protection.

Lastly is bareMinerals Blemish Remedy Cleanser which does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s a gel cleanser that leaves my skin feeling refreshed and squeaky clean without leaving it dry or tight. It combats breakouts and greasy skin. I often mix it with a daily exfoliator for an extra smoothing effect.
