Dress Up To Feel Good
So here we are half way through the second lockdown and even though we are at home it doesn’t mean we should stop getting dressed up. Now don’t get me wrong, the occasional duvet day is fine but making a conscious effort to put our makeup on and get dressed in clothing that makes us feel good can completely change the outlook of the day. I like to start on a Monday, the beginning of the week, a fresh start. It makes me feel motivated, energised and in jolly good mood! It helps to get into a routine and getting yourself ready for the day is a great place to start. Think of it as your time, time to take care of yourself by taking pride in your appearance. Put some music on, make yourself a coffee and enjoy putting togeather your look. Give it a good it’s an instant mood shift.
